The Director of Advancement leads City of Refuge’s fundraising and advancement efforts, with a significant focus on personally cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors and growing major gifts.

This position also leads the Engagement and Communications & Events teams, aligning fundraising, community engagement, sponsorships, events, and communications around shared organizational goals. Working closely with the Executive Director, the Director of Advancement builds the strategy, relationships, and systems needed for sustainable growth.
