Why DOJ Accreditation Matters
Choosing the right immigration legal services provider is important. City of Refuge is recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Legal Access Programs (OLAP), and our representatives are DOJ-accredited to provide authorized immigration legal services.
That means our team can legally advise clients on eligible immigration matters, prepare and file immigration applications, and communicate with U.S. immigration agencies on a client’s behalf.
To ensure the highest quality of service, we work under a technical oversight partnership with World Relief and collaborate with experienced immigration attorneys. Our representatives also participate in ongoing legal training, national continuing education, and conferences through the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), allowing us to stay current with changes in immigration law and policy.
